Background of Kevin C. Clement:
Mr. Clement is a talented senior management professional who comes with a total experience of 32 years in midstream gas and oil industry. He spent successful nine years at SemGroup Corporation, while his most recent assignment was with SemOperating G.P., L.L.C. where he worked as Vice President. He has also served SemGas, L.P and SemStream, L.P as the President. Before joining SemGrouo Corporation, he was with Koch Industries, where he spent close to 23 years in different departments like refined products, natural gas liquids and finance divisions. Apart from these challenging roles, he also serves on NGL Energy Partners, LP’s board of directors.
Mr. Clement holds a degree in Bachelors in Business Administration from Wichita State University. When reporters asked Mr. Clement about this new role, he said that he was very delighted to join SandRidge Energy Inc. (NYSE:SD) group. He further added that he would look forward to taking Saltwater Gathering Operations built by SD on new heights in the near future.
