These products will be commercialized in New Zealand and Australian markets. Eastgate Biotech Corp (OTCMKTS:ETBI) submitted Form 10-Q wherein it disclosed that the company recorded revenue for the first time following the sales in natural products division. For the three months completed June 30, 2015, the net loss came at $827,209 against a net loss of $1.89 million in the same period, a year earlier.
The decline in loss can be attributed to the lower G&A expenses of $1.06 million. Eastgate reported that the R&D expenses and selling and marketing expenses increased by $30,064 and $20,707, respectively whereas professional fees dropped by $6,309. These decline in expenditures together with gross profit on sales resulted in lower loss of $1.06 million for the quarter.

Novadel Pharma Inc (OTCMKTS:NVDL) last released its PR in the month of January. The company reported that it sold its remaining assets, comprising of the ZolpiMist® NDA, a license deal and associated global intellectual asset to Amherst Pharmaceuticals, LLC, in lieu for assumption of nearly $2.2 million in fees owed to the U.S. FDA pertaining to ZolpiMist. Under the deal terms, they are liable to pay the amount by December 31, 2015.
