As per the terms of the agreement, Fusion, which is a leader in cloud communications and cloud connectivity, will host AsistMed solution’s in the healthcare sector within its cloud infrastructure.

Some of the solutions that Fusion Telecommunications Int’l, Inc. (NASDAQ:FSNN) will host include AsistMed SaaS solutions that are made of Electronic Health Records workflow and Clinical documentation solutions. AsistMed is partnering with fusion to ensure that its software solutions are accorded the highest quality standards, as well as security. In return, AsistMed will take part in marketing Fusion’s cloud-based voice data and managed network services with its SaaS offerings

Marketing of Fusion Telecommunications Int’l, Inc. (NASDAQ:FSNN) services will be done for rural hospitals, municipal health departments as well as in correctional facilities.
