Boston, MA 04/22/2014 (wallstreetpr) – Frontier Communications Corp (NASDAQ:FTR) has opened a new customer support center for its business division Frontier Secure in Provo, Utah.
Frontier Communications’ new service center, in the Eastbay Technology Park, Building D in the region, employees 50 workers, as of now. The company seeks to employee as many 150 more employees as reported by the director of Customer Contacts, Juanita Meske, for the new Center.
About Meske
Meske has been serving in the telecommunication industry for more than around 22 years. She has worked with AT&T Wireless, McCaw Communications and XO Communications. Among the various roles she had taken up in her professional career include the roles of Manager in Accounts Receivable & Billing and Director in Credit & Collections Call Center. Her contributions in various sectors also encompass those in the Sales and Service Department. She has also earned the experience of Director of the Service Delivery Department at inContact and that of Charter Sales executive at Tiffany & Company. At Tiffany, she had worked at the company’s first store in Salt Lake and had been recognized at the Number 1 Sales professional, whereby she also enjoyed membership of the Million Dollar Sales Club. She was recently the Customer Service manager KSL Television/Deseret Digital Media/Deseret News, the biggest NBC affiliation holder in the Intermountain area.
Meske also works with communities like Boys & Girls Club, United Way of Utah and Leadership Utah Alumni Board. Earlier, she has also had membership of the Nordstrom Customer Service Advisory Board.
Center’s Objectives
Frontier Communications Corp (NASDAQ:FTR)’s newest center aims at Utah aims at dedicating itself to protect its customer’s digital life while offering them the advantages of Frontier Secure Computer Security. Additionally, the center will also provide the customers with solutions pertaining to Sharing and Backup. The center also offers products relating to Premium Technical Support to its customers which also include Personal Multi- Device Security, covering repair or replacement for PCs, laptops, hand- held devices, gaming consoles and eReaders.
