The United Sugars Corporation, which is the leading marketer of industrial sugar in entire North America, has given the distinction to Con-way Truckload for the eighth year in a row now.
Parameter of the winner
In order to qualify for this award by the United Sugars Corporation, a company (carrier) should have had at least 500 loads of sugars shipped. This had to be covered over a period of just one year. The most important criterion for deciding the winner of this award was based on customer feedback. The United Sugars Corporation revealed that the carrier qualifying for this award need not have had over 5 complaints from the customers in a span of one year.
The winner, i.e., Con-way Truckload had shipped a total of 641 loads of sugar to the people over 12 months time period. During this time, it received just two complaints.
The award of Top Performer in 2015 was presented to Con-way Truckload at the carrier conference of United Sugars Corporation held recently at Fargo in North Dakota.
