Charles Schwab Corp (NYSE:SCHW) opened retail branch, enhancing its 35 year record in Colorado

Boston, MA 05/30/2014 (wallstreetpr) – Charles Schwab Corp (NYSE:SCHW) has opened a new retail branch in Lone Tree, Colorado on 5 May, 2014.

The firm offering full service investment solutions’ new branch is located at the Schwab campus which is being built in the RidgeGate neighborhood at 9899 Schwab Way. The branch was earlier located four miles away from this new location, at the Denver Panorama Center. Brain Folkerts, CPF® is engaged with the management duties of this new branch since its opening in the first week of May. He is a resident of the Highland Ranch and has been involved with Schwab for around two decades.

Energy Efficiency Certification

It is a two storey campus and the first structure to build at Charles Schwab Corp (NYSE:SCHW)’s newly acquired 40 acre land. The branch extends in a 17,000 square feet area, offering space for as many as 26 offices. In addition, the campus will have a seminar room and an outdoor area apart from the offices. The building is designed to ensure maximum energy performance and Schwab intends to get the building LEED Platinum certified.

35 Year Long Commitment

Charles Schwab now has four branches in the area, the other three being the downtown 17th Street branch, Cherry Creek branch and the Boulder branch. Schwab has over 300 branches all over the country. These branches offer complete guidance to personal finance and investing options along with access to other products and services. It also provides scope for varied educational devoted workshops, which are intended for both, the Schwab clients and the general people alike.

Charles Schwab Corp (NYSE:SCHW) seeks to enhance its 35 year record in Colorado and this new branch is a part of its long sought endeavor. As of now, the company has completed 90% of the campus’ exteriors and expects to complete the interiors by the end of the fall season. It also intends to build a third office by summer 2015.
