Xerox Corporation (NYSE:XRX) To Work With Top Image Systems Ltd. (NASDAQ:TISA) In Developing Mobile Imaging Application In Brazil

Boston, MA 01/28/2014 (wallstreetpr) – Xerox Corporation (NYSE:XRX) and Top Image Systems Ltd. (NASDAQ:TISA) have signed an agreement to work together whereby TIS has appointed Xerox Brazil as its official channel partner and reseller. The two companies will be seen working in partnership with an international corporation for a mobile imaging application which aims at serving more than 3,000 sites across Brazil.

Top Image Systems, a leader in Enterprise Content Management (ECM) and Business Process Management (BPM) solution and Mobile Imaging Platform (MIP) provider has authorized Xerox Brazil to be its system integrator partner. Xerox Brazil will be marketing, selling, deploying and supporting solutions bringing together TIS’ varied and innovative mobile imaging applications with its strong ECM portfolio. In this effort, TIS will be providing Xerox’s sales and support staff product training.

The Agenda

To take the project ahead, both the companies will be working in sync organizing joint marketing activities. Trade shows as also road shows and joint seminars will be organized as part of the efforts to promote the business. The two will also share a common technical podium and will be seen sharing technology to ascertain smooth product integration. The partnership shows potential for both the two as they signed a big deal and brought resources under one common roof to work with the Brazilian unit of an international renowned organization. The business will provide the enterprise with an integrated content processing solution for computerized management of deals from customers using mobile phones for data capture at as many as 3,000 stores located all over Brazil.

Pool of opportunities

Xerox Corporation (NYSE:XRX) Brazil sees this project as a huge business potential with Brazil having innumerable opportunities to pull mobile image processing and use the technology to accelerate the efficiency of document based procedures. On the other hand, TIS, which has been making efforts to create its presence in Latin America and in Brazil particularly, is confident of Xerox Brazil in making their endeavor a success.
