Real Goods Solar, Inc. (NASDAQ:RGSE) is scheduled to release its fourth quarter performance results March 31, and analysts are forecasting a net loss of $2.2 million or $0.06 per share on total sales of $33.45 million.

Ambarella Inc (NASDAQ:AMBA) executives can be seen booking profits after the stock had a nice run in the past days and more especially after the most recent quarter results. The latest insider trading filing reveal that George Laplante who is the chief financial officer sold 60,000 shares at the average price of $30.85. The transaction which occurred Tuesday saw the executive taking home roughly $1.85 million in proceeds. With this transaction noted, the CFO now owns about 48,337 shares of Ambarella Inc (NASDAQ:AMBA) whose approximate value is $1.5 million.
