These two portfolios are strong in terms of quality, location and occupancy which will only boost Ventas, Inc. (NYSE:VTR)’s growth. ACR Healthcare also holds great potential of investments which may even exceed $250 million and are expected to be finished by this year. The acquisition of ACR Healthcare expands and diversifies VTR’s business which makes it look too attractive to the market. Over all these transactions will add new seniors housing operators, five new skilled nursing operators and one new specialty hospital operator?
