Boston, MA 06/17/2014 (wallstreetpr) – Amcom Software, a subsidiary of Wireless communications services provider USA Mobility Inc (NASDAQ:USMO), disclosed that it intends to unveil an emergency call-taker console, which supports the capabilities of the next generation.
Next Generation Console
The company has made this announcement at the National Emergency Number Association or NENA annual conference that has been taking place since June 14 and will close on June 19 in Nashville, Tennessee. The console provides help to public safety answering point or PSAP call-takers to quickly organize the dispatch for the first responders, speeding help to 911 callers.
USA Mobility’s subsidiary has the backing of decades of experience in handling emergency response technology. The latest effort is to provide two diverse lines of products for big PSAPs and small municipalities, as well as, college campuses based on the particular needs of every sector.
The latest products offer solutions of dispatches and easy-to-use interface integrating with its current system of mapping and phone. USA Mobility Inc (NASDAQ:USMO) disclosed that the solution supports organizations’ need to accelerate emergency response times through quick notification of the correct emergency personnel.
911 Infrastructure
USA Mobility subsidiary said that 911 infrastructure technology has been used by a lot of 911 call centers. Therefore, it felt important to provide the customers with the latest capabilities to keep fast dispatch of first responders.
USA Mobility Inc (NASDAQ:USMO) added that its solution had enough capability in connecting the phone system through multiple methods thus providing them with the flexibility of doing work as they wish and think best in their environment.
Cisco Certification
Amcom software has also recently disclosed that its newer versions of the console has achieved Cisco Systems, Inc. (NASDAQ:CSCO) compatibility certification with their solution program. Amcom said that the Cisco certification includes Cisco Unified Communications Manager or UCM version 10.0 and version 10.0 of Unified Contact Center Express apart from Unified Contact Center Enterprise version 10.0. This helps Amcom to create quickly and deploy solutions to improve the performance, as well as, the network management.
