RDR is a U.K-based company engaged in structural geology and geological software consultancy and development. SLB stated that it hopes that its new acquisition will enable it to better serve its customers and earn higher revenue. Schlumberger Limited. (NYSE:SLB) also noted that acquisition of RDR has come at a better time when it is undertaking crew change whereby retiring staff are replaced with young profession teaming with unrivaled expertise and energy.
