Clement as the new Executive Vice president and President of its Saltwater Gathering Operations. In the press release which announced Mr. Clement’s appointment, SandRidge Energy, Inc. He is expected to help the firm better manage and grow its midstream assets.
Consumer audio products manufacturer Turtle Beach Corp (NASDAQ:HEAR) announced on 9th October that it has launched a new headset called “ONE gaming” which is designed to seamlessly work with the Microsoft Xbox One console. The products are already stocked on store shelves and is also available with online retailers, the firm’s press note disclosed. The new audio device comes equipped with a “proprietary Xbox One audio controller” which in turn allows ‘mic monitoring”. The product comes at a ticker price of $79.95. The company R&D staff have for long been besieged by gaming enthusiasts to include the “mic monitoring” feature into their headsets. With the introduction of the feature in the latest release, company officials believe that sales of the headset are likely to surge.
Avino Silver & Gold Mines Ltd (USA) (NYSEMKT:ASM) reported on 9th October that the Bralorn security note holders have cast their votes in favour of the previously disclosed agreement which stipulates that Avino Silver & Gold Mines Ltd (USA)(NYSEMKT:ASM) will buyout the outstanding common shares held by investors in Bralorn. On the completion of the voting exercise alluded to earlier, Bralorne has become a fully owned subsidiary of Avino Silver & Gold.
