Thoma Bravo To Acquire Compuware Corporation (NASDAQ:CPWR) in $2.5 billion

Boston, MA 09/03/2014 (wallstreetpr) – According to reports, Compuware Corporation (NASDAQ:CPWR) and Thoma Bravo have entered into a definitive agreement in which the latter one will acquire the former in as much as $2.5 billion. Thoma Bravo is a leading private equity firm which is known for strategic acquisitions in all over the world.

As per the T&C of the agreement, Thoma Bravo will pay $10.43 for each outstanding share of CPWR.
