Boston, MA 06/17/2014 (wallstreetpr) – Shanghai Disney Resort and Disney Theatrical Productions on June 16, 2014 announced that ‘The Lion King,’ the landmark musical event of The Walt Disney Company (NYSE:DIS) was coming to the Walt Disney Grand Theatre in Shanghai.
Special Highlights
The event will be held at the Walt Disney Company (NYSE:DIS) Grand Theatre, which is the new and top-notch 1200-seat Broadway-style theatre situated at the retail, dining and entertainment area of the Shanghai Disney Resort. This area at present is under construction and is just next to the Shanghai Disneyland Park.
This is said to be the first production of ‘The Lion King’ ever, just as seen by the audience on Broadway as well as in all the productions across the length and breadth of the world.
