The Female Health Company (NASDAQ:FHCO) Reports 9% Increase In Unit Sales & Net Revenues

Boston, MA 08/05/2014 (wallstreetpr) – The Female Health Company (NASDAQ:FHCO) involved in the manufacturing of FC2, a female condom, reported an increase of 9% in its unit sales and net revenues as compared to the third quarter of last year.  It sold 13.7 female condoms in the quarter. The net revenues came at $7.9 million in the third quarter. The company also presented its case for the female condom in the AIDS conference held in Melbourne.

The management paid a tribute to the Late Lucie van Mens in the conference. She was the director of the programme development and a strong advocate for FC2. She was one of the travelers who were on board in flight MH17. The promotion of female condoms was associated as tribute that will always remain in memory of van Mens.
