Boston, MA 09/25/2014 (wallstreetpr) – According to reports, The Coca-Cola Company (NYSE:KO) signed a definitive agreement with Coca-Cola Bottling Company of Central Florida, which was an independent Coca-Cola bottling company, formed recently. Initially, Coca-Cola Bottling Co. announced about the transition of different territories to be added in its list on February 21, 2014. It considered locations such as Tampa/St. Petersburg, Ft. Pierce, Ft. Myers, Sarasota and Lakeland. The company was planning to close its transition in 2015. It hasn’t disclosed any financial details as of now.
