Boston, MA 09/04/2014 (wallstreetpr) – According to reports, Tesla Motors Inc (NASDAQ:TSLA) has decided to establish its US$5-billion battery ‘Giga-factory’ site in Nevada. These batteries will be used in new-generation electric cars and will change the perception that people have about car batteries, a person familiar to this issue said. He denied to reveal his identity due to the confidentiality of this matter as the company had not yet made any announcement regarding it. He said that construction work of the new factory will take place in the industrial park outside Reno. The company has targeted a few other states as well for this project. These states include names like California, Arizona, Texas and New Mexico. As per the industry experts, it will create around 6500 new jobs in the near future.
