Sungy Mobile appoints new Independent Directors
Sungy Mobile Ltd (NASDAQ:GOMO) has reshuffled its leadership hierarchy subsequently appointing Mr. Yong Cheng and Mr. Gang Zhao as its Ned independent directors. Mr. Yong Cheng will be replacing Mr. Zhi Zhu as the chairman of the compensation committee of the board.
