Stock Update: Advanced Emissions Solutions, Inc. (NASDAQ:ADES), Dolby Laboratories, Inc. (NYSE:DLB), CalAmp Corp. (NASDAQ:CAMP)

Boston, MA 10/07/2014 (wallstreetpr) – HIGHLANDS RANCH, Colorado headquartered Advanced Emissions Solutions, Inc. (NASDAQ:ADES) has disclosed that it has sought an early hearing with The NASDAQ Stock Market LLC (“NASDAQ”). This announcement comes on the back of September 29, 2014 decision by NASDAQ that the tech firm has failed to meet the “terms of the exception” which were set forth by the browser on 6th June this year. The issue is linked to the firm not filing requisite financial documents before the 29th September deadline set by NASDAQ. Advanced Emissions Solutions, Inc. (NASDAQ:ADES) had been given time till by October 6, 2014 to appeal the 29th September findings of NASDAQ before the NASDAQ Hearings Panel. If the firm had failed to appeal, the trading of the common stock of the company would have been suspended on NASDAQ.

Dolby Laboratories, Inc. (NYSE:DLB) announced last week that it has decided to make public, results of its year ending 4Q14 operations on October 23, 2014. It has also disclosed that it has set up a conference call on the same day at 2:00 p.m. PT (5:00 p.m. ET). The firm which is into creating audio, video, and voice technologies which are used by the entertainment industry had last reported quarter results on 24th July.

Wireless products solutions provider CalAmp (NASDAQ:CAMP) published results for its second quarter operations for period ending August 31, 2014 on 6th October after market close. The highlights from the result announcement include the slight $0.4 million increase in revenue the firm has managed to post for the reporting quarter. 4Q14 revenue came in at $59.2 million. The near stagnant revenue was caused by a 22 percent dip in revenue from its “Satellite” sector. This was offset by 6 percent increase recorded by its Wireless Datacom segment. 2Q GAAP net income for the reporting quarter came in at $3.3 million.
