A couple of months ago, Steampunk Wizards Inc (OTCMKTS:SPWZ) made some corporate changes and changed its trading symbol from ‘FPETD’ to ‘SPWZ’. The stock started trading on the OTC platform under its new symbol in the last week of July. During same period, the company reported the closing of a definitive share exchange deal finalized on July 15, 2015.
Following the close of the deal, Steampunk will own entire stake of the Subsidiary, including a office in Malta with two contractors and seven employees as well as the full publication and development rights of all games of the Subsidiary. On August 21, 2015 the company closed the acquisition deal of Steampunk Wizards Ltd. It was pursuant to the closing of an audit process of the Maltese subsidiary by auditors, and was performed as per PCAOB standards.
New games
Steampunk Wizards completed two games and released them for Android and iOS users. The new games targets broad demographic of Smartphone users worldwide. Both the games are based on the Bungee Mummy theme, which can be better explained as an animated world of Mummies, Egyptian temples, Pharaohs and other ancient creatures.
One of the games is a series of mini-games named as Bungee Mummy Challenges. It is free to download and comprises four mini-games with varying types of challenges for game players. The second game is termed as Bungee Mummy- King’s Escape. It is a level-based adventure-puzzler wherein players must direct their character through different worlds and levels while avoiding traps and pitfalls along the way.
The adventurous game, ‘Bungee Mummy-King’s Escape’ brings together virtual and real worlds on the same platform, as using Steampunk’s patented technology game players can unlock codes in the game.
In last trading session, the stock price of Steampunk declined more than 15% to close the trading session at $1.71.
