This means that customers who use the mobile devices to access the internet can now enjoy faster data speeds to watch video, check and update social media and also upload photos faster than before. The company has also announced improved coverage of its enhanced 3G service. So it means customers in this service can enjoy stronger signal and better quality calls.
Other than the 45 new markets, the new 4G LTE signal is also available in Queens, Staten Island, N.Y. and parts of Manhattan. Earlier in the year, the company launched 4G LTE network in Bronx and Brooklyn. Sprint also offers a unique service called Sprint Unlimited Guarantee which allows customers on the guaranteed network to enjoy unlimited calls, text and data.
With the increased all-new network coverage, Sprint now boasts 230 markets nationwide. The service is available in major cities such as Houston, Miami, San Juan, Atlanta, Dallas, Puerto Rico, Boston and Los Angeles. Basically, this means that now public safety officials, business people, first responder and customers have more reasons to enter the Sprint network.
The company is looking at greatly expanded revenue boundary with these market and service expansions. Sprint is already poised for better things considering that for the fourth consecutive years, the company was named to the Dow Jones Sustainability Index –DJSI. The company also holds the reputation of being the first among telecoms players in the U.S. to show strong commitment towards reducing its carbon emissions by 20% by 2017.
As if that is not enough, the company is also considered the most improved in customer satisfaction according to the American Consumer Satisfaction Index 2013. Basically, a positive image, just like world-class strategy, is necessary to drive a company to profitability and Sprint apparently has plenty of positive image world-class sales strategies.
