(NASDAQ:SIRI) disclosed its plans of airing program meant to address the concerns on the stress issue during the back-to-school season. The company announced exclusive program across multiple channels for a stress-free season of back-to-school.
Timely Program
The company had disclosed that its timely programming would air on Sirius XM Holdings Inc. (NASDAQ:SIRI) Kids Place Live, Stars, and Doctor Radio Channels apart from tips provided by the hosts. This apart, experts of world-renowned were also roped in to offer nationwide practical advice to the parents with a view to ensuring a stress-free season of back-to-school.
SiriusXM had already launched a program on Monday and were accessible through satellite on Sirius Stars Channel 109, Doctor Radio Channel 81, and Kids Place Live Channel 78. These programs are also available from smart devices by accessing SiriusXM Internet Radio App.
Doctor Radio
The company had engaged Dr Ira Breite, a Gastroenterologist, to provide advice on the issues related to stomach problems due to anxiety and the stress in connection with the commencement of the school year and how to prevent them. The experts would also keep offering tips on bones and joints to be healthy including the choosing of a back-pack. The parents would also be provided with advice as to how to address the child’s specific health needs and also the way to present themselves with administrators, teachers, and nurses.
Sirius XM Holdings Inc. (NASDAQ:SIRI) also roped in psychiatrist Dr. Michael Aronoff to explain the difference between the emotions of warning signs of depression and the usual rollercoaster of teen’s hormones. There are also other programs for the older child and unique program for women.
Kids Place Live & Stars
The radio company would air a special guest from every morning on Channel 78 to encourage a love for going to school among the kids. The guest would also sneak a glance at pre-school and provide details as to what the child expect even as they start learning their alphabetical.
On channel 109 of Sirius XM Holdings Inc. (NASDAQ:SIRI), public health advocate and host Perri Peltz would talk about the threat from cyberspace and the needs to talk to kids on cyber bullying, including whether they were the target or the bully or an innocent bystander.
