Boston, MA 03/10/2014 (wallstreetpr) – Scorpio Bulkers Inc (NYSE:SALT) shares had their price target lifted by analysts at Evercore Partners to $15 from $14. The new price target on the stock suggests possible upside of more than 52 percent if attained from the current price. Shares traded up 3.25 percent to $10.16 in Friday session. A significant shares volume was traded and intraday stock price was in the range of $9.77 and $10.20 low and high respectively. The stock maintains a 52-week high of $10.73 and low of $9.03. Scorpio Bulkers Inc (NYSE:SALT) released its earnings last week where it reported loss of 4 cents per share at a time when analysts expected loss of 1 cent per share. The company is now predicted to end up with loss of 3 cent per share in the current fiscal year.

Peregrine Pharmaceuticals (NASDAQ:PPHM), a biopharma company focused on cancer therapies, had its shares trending down in the last trading session. The shares were down 8.05 percent to $2.40. The fall in the share price came on the back on lackluster quarter results. Shares of Peregrine Pharmaceuticals (NASDAQ:PPHM) were traded in the range of $2.31 – $2.71 on the day. Peregrine Pharmaceuticals (NASDAQ:PPHM) announced suffering net loss of $9.72 million or 6 cents per share on revenue that declined 44 percent to $3.89 million in its fiscal 2014 third quarter. Wall Street was looking for loss per share of 6 cents on revenue of $5.1 million.

Guanwei Recycling Corp. (NASDAQ:GPRC) which is engaged in manufacture of low density polyethylene and plastic recycling was last seen trading at $3 per share. That followed a loss of 0.66 percent Friday, a day when investors were willing to catch the stock in the price range of $2.80 and $3.06. Over the past 12 months investors have been willing to buy or sell the stock of Guanwei Recycling Corp. (NASDAQ:GPRC) at $1.14 on the lower-end and $3.60 on the higher-end.
