Boston, MA 10/13/2014 (wallstreetpr) – Post Holdings Inc (NYSE:POST) disclosed that it has named Rob Vitale as its President and Chief Executive Officer. Similarly, the company announced that Jeff Zadoks would be its senior VP and Chief Financial Officer from November 1. He has been with the company since 2011 and the current position was in recognition of his service in the company.
CFO Position
In a statement, the company stated that Zadoks has extensive knowledge of the company and widespread experience. Therefore, it felt that he was a perfect fit to head its finance team even as the management was eager to continue its execution of business tactics.
Post Holdings Inc (NYSE:POST) stated that before his appointment to the position of CFO, Zadocks was the Corporate Controller of the company from October 2011. He was the SVP and Chief Accounting Officer from January current year. Before joining the company, he was with RehabCare Group, Inc. as its SVP and Chief Accounting Officer taking care of skilled nursing and hospitals facilities.
This apart, the company has also elevated Diedre Gray to SVP for General Counsel and Administration. She would also be serving as its Corporate Secretary. She has been with the company from December 2011 as its SVP Legal and Corporate Secretary. She was given additional responsibility of General Counsel since September 2012.
Gray was working previously with MEMC Electronic Materials, which is now rechristened as Sunedison Inc (NYSE:SUNE), as its Associate General Counsel and Assistant Secretary before joining Post Holdings.

The Post Holdings Inc (NYSE:POST)’s CEO said that both Zadoks and Gray have demonstrated their efficiency, leadership and organization skills. It began with the company’s spinning off and by a number of acquisitions and financing deals. This has helped both of them to adapt to the company’s growing culture as the company was always engaged in changing organization.
Elevating the existing executive officers always help the organization since both knew each other very well and could continue their efforts uninterruptedly.
