Boston, MA 03/03/2014 (wallstreetpr) – Micron Technology, Inc. (NASDAQ:MU) has been assigned a new patent on semiconductor barrier layer constructions and methods of forming the same. It is reported that the patent was applied July 19, 2011 and has been quoted as 8,659,064. The patent was developed by Yongjun Jeff Hu. MU is one of the most storied memory chip makers having registered very impressive year in 2013 during which it was eventually ranked fifth from position 10 that it held in the previous ranking. The stock of Micron Technology, Inc. (NASDAQ:MU) was last seen at $24.19, having ended the previous trading session without price change but managed to touch intra day low and high of $23.90 and $24.36 respectively.
Citigroup Inc (NYSE:C) shares were last seen losing 0.12 percent to $48.63 in the last session. All this happened as the bad reported fraud that reportedly reaped it off of $400 million. The bank has since reacted by trimming its full-year 2013 profit by $235 million. The managed has described the incident as an isolated one and already authorities in Mexico where the fraud was committed are questioning suspects. In the mean time, the U.S. Securities Exchange Commission has also said to be investigating the incident. The $400 million claimed fraud was staged by a company that secured a loan from Citigroup Inc (NYSE:C) with falsified invoices.
Ford Motor Company (NYSE:F): Celette has announced that its dedicated fixture solution has been approved by Ford for use of a variety of the automaker’s vehicles which include the new F-150. Thus, Celette said that it hopes to continue to development opportunities with Ford. Such opportunities will involve creating superior technology for collision repairs industry. The latest development means that repair shops all around the U.S. can now use Celette’s dedicated fixture system for accurate repairs Fiesta, Focus, Escape, Kuga and more from Ford Motor Company (NYSE:F). The shares of Ford were last seen trading at$15.39 after going flat in the regular session, but escalated to $15.41 and sank to $15.23 in the day.
