Microsoft Corporation (NASDAQ:MSFT): Sacking Great Deals

Boston, MA 04/14/2014 (wallstreetpr) – The giant player in licensing and software industry Microsoft Corporation (NASDAQ:MSFT) is having one of the brightest term. There are hefty deals coming up that the corporation is clinching with open arms. Not just that, it is also making investment for carving out new niches in the market to surpass its competitors and gain momentum.

Cracked the European Approval

Microsoft Corporation (NASDAQ:MSFT) is surely feeling on cloud nine after getting approval from the European Union (and not just from few member states but from all 28!). Cloud computing services of Microsoft are shooting up with heavily benefitting its customers and opening new channels of commercialization.  The Executive VP legal & corp. affairs – Brad Smith confirmed the approval and accrual of benefits thereon. The European Union’s privacy approval gave a green signal to the data and privacy protection measures that are set up by Microsoft and hence makes its desirable for potential, as well as prospective customers around the globe, and specifically in Europe.  This has potential to boost usage of all cloud products of Microsoft in the most profitable manner.

Microsoft and Nokia: the budding group

The Microsoft’s recent acquisition of Nokia Corporation (ADR) (NYSE:NOK) hasn’t even finished up, and the approvals are already raining like anything from different jurisdictions including the United States, the Republic of China, European Union, etc. The acquisition is expected to complete by the end of this month. The approval is granted after scrutiny of patent licensing agreement by various authorities and quick scrutiny of the same. This shoes the positive aspect of the company’s growth and market presence.

Xbox Shows

Microsoft Corporation (NASDAQ:MSFT) has imitated a chain reaction of producing 6 original shows as an extension of its Xbox Studio master plan. Plans are operative to launch a reality show at the time of 2014 world cup based on the game of street soccer. This would make it stand apart from others as it features personalized elements including unlocking scenes and playing mini games. This would help in both incentivizing the customers and enhancing the profit of the company from a commercial scale.
