Loma Linda of Kellogg Company (NYSE:K) Gets Acquired By Atlantic Natural Foods

Boston, MA 10/09/2014 (wallstreetpr) – According to reports, Atlantic Natural Foods has decided to acquire Loma Linda Brand of Kellogg Company (NYSE:K). The main reason behind it is nothing but growth prospective of the company. Loma Linda is known for mouth watering canned shelf stable alternative meat analog products across the country.

Apart from acquiring Loma Linda, Atlantic Natural Foods will give license to Worthington Foods brand with the objective of integrating it with Loma Linda in the near future. Both of these brands were marketed by Kellogg Company (NYSE:K) in the past. ANF has been producing these products since last five years. Apart from buying these brands, ANF is also looking forward to buying Kaffree Roma alternative coffee beverage unit of K as well.

Management of Atlantic Natural Foods is delighted to announce the acquisition of these units. According to Kelly Krause, CEO of Atlantic Natural Foods, in order to provide complete value to customers, ANF is looking forward to focusing on shelf stable alternative meat analog products. With the help of the recent acquisitions, it will be able to transfer its businesses, which will give it extra time to focus on existing opportunities in the market.

Loma Linda is known for offering world-class innovative vegan and vegetarian products across the country and ANF feel very proud to become a part of this successful food venture.
