LogMeIn Inc (NASDAQ:LOGM) Integrates join.me With Google Inc (NASDAQ:GOOGL) Calendar

Boston, MA 08/15/2014 (wallstreetpr) – Provider of cloud-based collaboration, information technology management and services LogMeIn Inc (NASDAQ:LOGM) disclosed that it had launched a fresh integration among its app and search engine giant Google Inc (NASDAQ:GOOGL) app that would allow business professionals to get more out of the intuitive cloud apps.

Integration Of Apps

The company announced that its join.me, which is online meeting app, would be integrated with Google Inc (NASDAQ:GOOGL)’s calendar so as to allow the users with more intuitive cloud apps. The integration works with join.me enterprise accounts and join.me pro and available in the Chrome Web Store through free app extension.

The latest amalgamation brings LogMeIn Inc (NASDAQ:LOGM)’s app straight into Google Inc (NASDAQ:GOOGL) calendar thus making it easier to schedule, as well as, invite attendees through an account from Google. The objective of the amalgamation was to simplify schedules and make the invitation sending easier for the users.

The user, who wants to invite people, can simply click on the tools available straight from the Google calendar event screen, Make it a join.me meeting, choose recipients and built-in conference numbers, and press the send button similar to that of a calendar invite.

LogMeIn Inc (NASDAQ:LOGM) vice president of collaboration products Craig Daniel said that there has been a significant rise in the number of people preferring cloud-based apps. Therefore, it had to take efforts to meet the users’ preference. For this, it had engaged itself in collaboration with Google so as to provide an efficient and fruitful experience to the business professionals.

The integration of join.me with Google Inc (NASDAQ:GOOGL)  calendar, he believes that both the companies’ business value can be accelerated since the two apps are familiar cloud apps among the workers as they were using them for their daily purposes. The integration of apps would also meet the workers’ demand for seamless experience.
