Boston, MA 10/07/2013 (wallstreetpr) – On 2 October, 2013, JPMorgan Chase & Co (NYSE:JPM) announced the appointment of Bruce McNamer as the new Chief Executive Officer as well as the Head of Global Philanthropy, at the JPMorgan Chase Foundation, effective November 15, 2013. Additionally, JPM named Dalila Wilson-Scott as the new President of its philanthropic arm.
In his previous role, McNamer served as the President and CEO of TechnoServe for nine long years, and is noted for his contribution towards boosting the annual revenues of the nonprofit organization from $16 million to over $74 million as well as expanding its operations to 30 countries. Prior to his engagement with TechnoServe, Mr. McNamer also worked as Senior Executive at numerous technology startups; as an investment banker at Morgan Stanley; a management consultant at McKinsey & Company; as well as a White House Fellow at the National Economic Council and a Peace Corps volunteer in Paraguay.
On the other hand, Wilson-Scott served as a philanthropic leader of the Company for eight years. Prior to which she worked in the corporate merger office as well as in strategic planning in the consumer and commercial banking businesses of JPM for six years.
