Boston, MA 08/26/2014 (wallstreetpr) – InvenSense Inc (NYSE:INVN) has appointed Mark P. Dentinger as new Chief Financial Officer of the company. The new appointment is effective from September 2, 2014. He will take place of Alan Krock in InvenSense. Krock will stay with InvenSense as special advisor throughout October so as to assist in a smooth transition. Mark P. Dentinger will also act as Vice President of InvenSense.
