It has confirmed the Acquisition of software and assets of Ginger software and know-how pertaining to its NLP i.e. natural language processing. The NLP helps in analyzing and processing the input in the form of natural human language or speech. The acquisition also involved taking over the personal technological assistance that support. The third parties in building personal assistants that are custom-made. However, it has not acquired spell checker and Intelligent Grammar of Ginger Software leaving it to operate as separate business.
