In yet another story, a subsidiary of Innsuites Hospitality Trust (NYSEMKT:IHT) called Ontario Hospitality Properties Limited Partnership also entered into 10-year long term loan worth $5,700,000 in order to refinance first mortgage with 4.75% fixed interest rate for first 5 years and also variable interest rate 4.75% for rest of the time period.
In the second week of August 2014, InnSuites Hospitality Trust also entered into credit card advance financing business loan worth $450,000 for the short term through one of its subsidiaries. This financing business loan has been done with American Express Bank.
