Hewlett Packard Enterprises (NYSE:HPE) unveiled HPE Ezmeral, a new software and brand portfolio designed to offer enterprises quick digital transformation from edge to cloud across the organization.
HPE introduces HPE Ezmeral software portfolio
The HPE Ezmeral software portfolio ranges from AI/ML and data analytics, container management, orchestration, AI-driven operations, IT Automation cost control, and security. These enable an organization enhance its efficiency and agility and help unlocking insights and delivering business innovations.
HPE’s CTO and Head of Software, Kumar Sreekanti, stated that the software portfolio leads to the digital transformation of enterprises that is data-driven. It achieves this through unlocking of insights, modernizing applications as well as automation of operations. The company’s Ezmeral software helps clients in eliminating costly and lock-in legacy licensing models and thus helping them accelerate innovation at lower costs while at the same time enhancing security. The CTO added that HPE has over 8,300 software engineers that are innovating across the edge to cloud. Therefore the software will disrupt the industry through flexible and open cloud experience.
HPE unveils new HPE Green Lake Cloud Service
The company has introduced a new HPE Green Lake Cloud service offering low cost, agile, and consistent cloud experience to customers everywhere. The new service spans machine learning, container management, storage, compute, VMS, data protection, and networking. It is meant to help clients modernize and transform data and applications, most of which live in colocation facilities, on-premises, and at the edge.
Antonio Neri, the CEO and President of Hewlett Packard Enterprises, stated that businesses need to leverage and connect their data and applications. As a result the launched HPE solutions will help businesses transform their operations to enhance service to customers.
