(NYSEMKT:GRH) declared a dividend for the month of June 2014 on its 10.0% Series-C Cumulative Perpetual Preferred Stock (NYSEMKT:GRH-C). The dividend that was declared on 6th June is payable to the Series-C Preferred stockholders on June 30, 2014. The dividend that will be paid to the stockholders will be as per the record at the close of the business hours on June 19, 2014.
The dividend will amount to approximately $0.208333 per share, which is based on the dividend payment of 10% per share on an annualized basis, and the preference for liquidation at $25 per share.
