General Electric Company (NYSE:GE) Fuels Up Future Of Oil And Gas Industry With Inauguration Of New Technology Solutions Center (TSC) In Norway

Boston, MA 08/27/2014 (wallstreetpr) – General Electric Company (NYSE:GE)’s GE Oil & Gas unit announced that it formally inaugurated new Technology Solutions Center (TSC) in Norway. The purpose of TSC would be to put forth the technologies of company across the entire industry. The center is a product of company’s $5m investment and its objective is to help the operators in achieving environmental benefits as well as optimal efficiency.

Features of Technology Solutions Center 

The Subsea Systems facility of GE is situated just opposite this new center. The Technology Solutions Center has a special highlight in which it offers combination of scale models, highly interactive digital displays along with the live demonstrations. The site also offers availability of meeting rooms as well as training facilities.

The inauguration of this new center took place along with the Offshore Northern Seas (ONS) 2014 conference. The center is an epitome of General Electric Company (NYSE:GE)’s contribution towards improved recovery as well as increased optimization in North Sea region as well as beyond.

The entire center has been divided into three floors, which can be seen as three sections. Ground floor has been dedicated to inspection as well as subsea experience. The middle floor offers General Electric Company (NYSE:GE)’s present portfolio of diagnostics and remote monitoring solutions. Finally, the top most section is the large training rooms that offer the facility of offices as well as meeting rooms.

The primary attraction of this center is however its multi-floor atrium, which sits right in the heart of this building. This atrium features a huge video wall that puts on the podium, the vertical display area.
