Boston, MA 10/11/2013 (wallstreetpr) – Facebook Inc (NASDAQ:FB) has made it certain that it can shrink our world and bring people all across the globe together. The company is now working with Apple to again make its dream come true by incorporating a new Graph Search tool for Apple’s iPad, iPhone and iPod touch client. According to the company, this new search tool will help the users to search people with similar interests. For example, all the users who “like” a specific Facebook page will be located by the new tool and the users can communicate with each other. In a forthcoming app update, this tool will also be incorporated in the Facebook’s apps main search bar.
Facebook is also busy in reinventing its Messenger app for the new iOS application. It is working on two new versions of Messenger. The first version is analogous to the messages application added into the iOS with green interface elements while the second one is likely to be shipped to the end users for the iOS 7 design. The new version will have several tabs for contacts, active/recent chats and settings at the bottom of the homepage.
For Apple’s iPhone, the new Messenger will have the ability to access the user’s iPhone contact list and send a mass message through Facebook’s system along with the interface changes. The company is also engaged in changing the home screen that will come as a blue chat bubble with a white border. An akin messenger version is under testing for Android and will be introduced soon. Along with updating messenger, Facebook is also adding various new video filters for impending versions of Instagram. The time frame for the revelation of these new updates is still unknown as all the software developments are at their embryonic stage.
