Sampo IP, LLC, which is a completely owned arm of Marathon Patent Group Inc, has charged eBay for infringement of its patent and filed a case on the said grounds in the District Court of Delaware. Sampo claims that this patent infringement pertains to the Patent number 8,015,495 in U.S.
Paid Inc has slapped a lawsuit against eBay Inc.on charges of patent infringement. It has hired Hunton & Williams LLP, an international legal firm for pleading its case. PAID has made claims that patent numbers 7,930,237, 8,352,357, 7,324,968 and 8,521,642, and are owned by it.
