DIRECTV (NASDAQ:DTV): Q1 Results Awaited

DIRECTV (NASDAQ:DTV) has reported that Jennifer Cho would be taking over the post of the Senior Vice President and Treasurer of the company. She would be directly working under the Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President, namely, Pat Doyle. Her job would be to take care of aspects of treasury and to lead the Business Development unit in order to promote value creation in the company. She would also be responsible for banking relationships, business development, capital structure planning, corporate financings, cash management, rating agency relationships and all other aspects of business management. Mr. Doyle said that Jennifer adds to the company by bringing along with her twenty-five years of experience from a plethora of areas ranging from mergers and acquisitions to credit and risk management. Earning Cho was serving as the Chief Financial Officer for some other company. She has worked for almost fifteen years in the field of corporate and investment banking.

Q1 results to be announced

DIRECTV has made an announcement that it would be releasing the results of the first quarter of the year 2014 on May 6, 2014. The company has decided to arrange a conference call as well in order to discuss the results with the persons from the media and other interested parties. The host of the call would be the Vice President of Investor Relations of DIRECTV (NASDAQ:DTV).
