Her job would be to take care of aspects of treasury and to lead the Business Development unit in order to promote value creation in the company. She would also be responsible for banking relationships, business development, capital structure planning, corporate financings, cash management, rating agency relationships and all other aspects of business management. Mr. Doyle said that Jennifer adds to the company by bringing along with her twenty-five years of experience from a plethora of areas ranging from mergers and acquisitions to credit and risk management. Earning Cho was serving as the Chief Financial Officer for some other company. She has worked for almost fifteen years in the field of corporate and investment banking.
