In this job Allen will head the companies Business sales and customer retention activities to increase its share in the market and look after its service delivery and customer care divisions so that the company can provide excellent end-to-end customer experience. He will also look after the companies increasing nest of business solutions and services, that include the companys Business Ethernet, which helps clients get secure, reliable and high-performance fiber networks that offer bandwidth which can be scaled up and give much higher speeds of up to 10Gbps.
