Boston, MA 08/18/2014 (wallstreetpr) – One of the largest manufacturers of biologic, pharmaceutical and consumer health products Catalent Inc (NYSE:CTLT) today announced the appointment of two senior healthcare executives in board of directors. According to reports, Rolf Classon and Jack Stahl have been given a place in CTLT’s BOD.
Background Of Both The New Appointees:
Mr. Jack Stahl worked as the chief executive officer and president of Revlon, Inc. for a period of five years (2002-2006). Jack is known for his exceptional leadership skills. He worked for The Coca-Cola Company in 2000-2001 as chief operating officer. He is an active board member of Coty, Inc., the U.S. Board of Advisors of CVC Capital and Delhaize Group. Previously he also served to Dr Pepper Snapple Group and Schering-Plough Corporation as a board member. Jack has done his Bachelors in Economics from Emory University while Postgraduation from the well-known Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania. He has had an exceptional track record throughout his career.
Mr. Rolf Classon previously served to Bayer HealthCare AG as the Chairman of the Executive Committee. He worked there from October 2002 until his retirement in July 2004. Rolf worked as the President of Bayer Diagnostics for seven years starting from 1995 to 2002. Prior to it, he served as the executive vice president of the same company for four years (1991-1995). He had worked in several managerial profiles for Pharmacia Corporation before he started working as the executive vice president in Bayer. Nowadays he serves as the chairman of Auxilium Pharmaceuticals, Inc., Tecan Group Ltd. and Hill-Rom Corporation. He also works as a member of the board of directors at Fresenius Medical Care. Earlier he worked as the Vice Chairman of Auxilium Pharmaceuticals for one month during March-April 2005. He also worked as the interim Chief Executive Officer of Hill-Rom Corporation for a period of one year starting from May 2005 until March 2006. He has got a bachelors degree in chemical engineering and Masters Degree in management from Gothenburg University.
