The Earning per share is expected to be $0.61. The GAAP net income per diluted share is likely to be in the range of $0.55 to $0.65 in this financial year while the non-GAAP net income per diluted share for the same period is expected to be in the range of $0.92 to $1.02.

As part of the deal, BDA and Cadence have signed a long term agreement to support interoperability between Cadence’s Virtuoso Analog Design Environment (ADE) and BDA’s Analog FastSPICE (AFS) Simulator through Cadence’s OASIS interface.
