Boston, MA 05/15/2014 (wallstreetpr) – On May 14, 2014, CA, Inc. (NASDAQ:CA) announced the entry of Amit Chatterjee in the company as the executive Vice President for Enterprise Solutions and Technology Group. The announcement was brought into effect immediately after it was made.
CA, Inc. (NASDAQ:CA) signaled the responsibilities which will be handed over to Chatterjee’s shoulders after this appointment. According to the statement, Chatterjee will solely have the overall responsibility for strategies and execution, all across the Enterprise businesses. His responsibilities range across the full portfolio from development to commercialization of the company. The report also said that there were additional changes in the company scenes. The Chief Technology Officer, John Michelsen, will now have to report to the Chief Executive Officer Mike Gregoire directly. The outgoing executive Vice President, Peter Griffiths, who served Enterprise Solutions and Technology Groups since 2011, is reported to leave the company for pursuing other interests. The CEO also said that, CA Technologies was thankful for the work done by the outgoing vice president and for the contributions he had made for the betterment of the company.
