Boston, MA 10/10/2013 (wallstreetpr) – Apple Inc. (NASDAQ:AAPL) is all geared up to announce its new version of iPad to be launched on 22 October. The revelation comes from a technology website “All Things D” which is considered reliable with its long track of reports especially about AAPL.
However Apple has refused to comment over the report. The firm had launched fourth generation of iPad and iPad Mini in an event last year in San Jose on 23rd October.
The new version of iPad is likely to be similar to iPad Mini in terms of looks, said the sources. However, it would differ in thickness and frame used in the next generation.
The Company is also said to be launching another new version of iPad Mini that will have a new feature with high-resolution Retina for display. As per the sources, the company’s latest fingerprint sensor technology will be used in both the new products.
So far, the new technology, named “Touch D” is used on iPhone 5s only. The latest version of Apple’ iOS7 has also been released in September which will be run by the iPads.
The website AllThingsD also claims that Apple is soon going to reveal about its upcoming Mac products—Mac Pro and OS X Mavericks, a new Mac operating system. The company disclosed its new Mac Pro this year in a conference organized by Worldwide Developers in June. Its desktop PC has come in smaller version now and Apple will produce all of them in the United States.
Apple has been experiencing tremendous pressure from investors says the sources. Tim Cook, CEO of the company revealed that Apple hopes to introduce many ‘amazing’ products in the fall and next year. The firm is under pressure to launch more products at better speed, added the sources.
