On Tuesday, Arlington County Board will decide on the approval of the accord with Dominion Energy Virginia, to purchase power from the Pittsylvania County-based solar facility. The new solar facility called ‘Amazon Arlington Solar Farm Virginia’ will be constructed on the farmland of 1,500 acres in Southern Virginia based Pittsylvania County. It expects to produce energy beginning in early 2022.
