Safe Harbor generally, is so optimistic about the project and looks at it as an opportunity, and is expecting so much outcome. The statement also emphasizes on the enforcement Renewable Fuel Standard on the biofuel industry. Also it’s looking at the EB-5 program as a promising opportunity and expecting it to help the company repay many debts, and decrease interest expense.  This is going to be of a great impact on our environment, houses, plants, and every living and non-living object. Safe Harbor also expects ethanol market to grow tremendously as a source of clean energy.  Those expectations are subject to risks and uncertainties. These factors might be weather changes, financial market changes or risk due to changes in federal policy.
