posture bra brand.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Rudzinskaya has multiple certifications in Pilates and proper body form \u2014 and shared with Fox News Digital the best poses for those looking to relieve stress at this time of year (or any time).\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.foxnews.com\/lifestyle\/yoga-retreats-united-states-around-world\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>YOGA RETREATS IN THE UNITED STATES AND AROUND THE WORLD FOR THE ULTIMATE UNWIND<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Next time you feel stressed, remember to stand tall, breathe deeply and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.foxnews.com\/category\/health\/nutrition-and-fitness\/fitness\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">let Pilates work<\/a> its magic on both body and mind,&#8221; she said.<\/p>\n<p>Rudzinskaya connected good posture with releasing stress \u2014 and said aligning &#8220;our bodies properly during Pilates practice [can help] activate deep, stabilizing muscles, release tension and improve circulation.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Try these simple poses at home for stress relief.<\/p>\n<p>One of the top recommended poses to help with relieving stress is the child\u2019s pose.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;This classic post stretches and lengthens your spine, glutes and hamstrings \u2014\u00a0and is a great position to meditate,&#8221; she said.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.foxnews.com\/health\/improve-sleep-optimizing-biomarkers-integral-health\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>IMPROVE YOUR SLEEP BY OPTIMIZING 6 BIOMARKERS: \u2018INTEGRAL engages the core muscles, which helps stabilize the spine and improve posture,&#8221; Rudzinskaya said.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.foxnews.com\/health\/mental-health-improves-20-seconds-daily-affirmations-study-self-care-strategy\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>MENTAL HEALTH IMPROVES WITHIN 20 said.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;[It] provides a solid foundation to support your back and improve posture \u2026 Combined with mindful breathing, this pose aids in stress release and relaxation while also presenting a symbol of stability and steadiness,&#8221; she noted.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.foxnews.com\/newsletters?cmpid=fnfirstnl\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener ground for an alternative.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Lying flat on the floor with your arms above your head and lifting your arms and legs in the air at the same time is considered the superman pose.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Rudzinskaya said the movement &#8220;strengthens spinal muscles, promoting better alignment and posture.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>She continued, &#8220;Holding the pose builds back strength, fostering an extended body position \u2014 which helps feelings of confidence and self-esteem.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>The last pose Rudzinskaya recommended is a chest stretch for those who tend to sit a lot during the day.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;This stretch fixes the hunched posture from sitting a lot, encouraging a more open stance,&#8221; she said.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>She added, &#8220;It relieves upper body tension caused by desk work or screen time \u2014\u00a0promoting relaxation through deeper breaths and an expanded chest.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.foxnews.com\/lifestyle\"
