Disney has quickly spiraled from fantasy and fairytales to woke\u00a0magical mind games meant to confuse our kids, destroy their innocence and suck the fun out of everything \u2014 including our kids\u2019 imaginations.<\/p>\n

They\u2019re clearly not creative enough to make original movies that meet all their new self-imposed Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) quotas, so instead they\u2019ve decided to take a wrecking ball to the classic movies many of us and our kids grew up watching, and rewriting them so the politically correct\u00a0princess <\/a>gets a refund for her fairytale.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Their latest victim, the new but definitely not improved Snow White, is set to be released next year. Mirror, mirror on the wall, the anti-fairytale equity czar\u00a0didn\u2019t think this one through at all.\u00a0<\/p>\n

THE SIMPLE LESSON FROM DISNEY, BUD LIGHT FIASCOS IS TOO OBVIOUS<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n

Snow White<\/a> is not \u2026 White, even though that\u2019s literally her name, not to mention the title of the movie. The DEI bosses have chosen a Latina \u2014 or is it Latinx, I can never remember the rules \u2014 to play the 2024 politically correct Snow White.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Did I mention that Rachel Zegler, the actress who plays Snow White also\u00a0hates Snow White<\/a>? Her publicity people might want to remind her she\u2019s supposed to be promoting the movie.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Zegler said, “I mean, you know, the original cartoon came out in 1937 and very evidently so. There\u2019s a big focus on her love story with a guy who literally stalks her\u2026So we didn\u2019t do that this time.”<\/p>\n

Oh, those 1930s were so backward, thank goodness we have 22-year-old Gen Zs like Zegler to enlighten us. Perhaps she should go back and watch the original movie and look up the definition of stalking.\u00a0<\/p>\n

According to Zegler, Snow White 2.0 is not about a love story and that\u2019s “really, really wonderful.”<\/p>\n

Yes, wonderful. We can likely look forward to another modern feminist plot that emasculates men in an attempt to prove our female cred.<\/p>\n

I hope I\u2019m wrong but this overused, recycled storyline of moron men and the women who suffer their existence seems to be what passes for entertainment these days.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Two thumbs down.<\/p>\n

I\u2019m aware it\u2019s 2023. Women are strong, we’re leaders, and we\u2019re forces with which to be reckoned.\u00a0<\/p>\n

But if we\u2019re teaching our daughters to disrespect and tear down the opposite sex to build themselves up on their way to the top, then we\u2019re also teaching them to sacrifice their integrity and character.\u00a0<\/p>\n

That\u2019s not a lesson I want to teach my girls.<\/p>\n

Speaking of Snow White, remember the seven dwarfs? Forget them, because you won\u2019t be seeing most of them again.\u00a0<\/p>\n

In this version, only one dwarf hangs around. Though there are no spoilers as to which one, I\u2019ll go out on a limb and say it\u2019s not dopey.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Filling in for six dwarfs are a\u00a0diverse group of grown men<\/a> who follow Snow White around.<\/p>\n

That\u2019s not creepy at all. But rest assured Disney\u2019s HR department has all its DEI boxes checked.<\/p>\n

Meanwhile, when\u00a0Disney ruined<\/a> \u2014 I mean remade \u2014 “The Little Mermaid” earlier this year, characters\u2019 genders and races were switched, an environmental agenda was pushed by King Triton, and they changed the lyrics to songs including\u00a0“Kiss the Girl,” so Eric would have to ask permission to kiss Ariel. Even though in the original movie she nearly fell off the boat sticking her lips in his face. FYI,\u00a0post #metoo non-verbal\u00a0cues are\u00a0still\u00a0OK. Women aren\u2019t Neanderthals.<\/p>\n

Melissa McCarthy, the actress who played the sea witch also bragged that her performance was influenced by drag queens, saying\u00a0“I just hope to do every incredible drag queen proud.” If you\u2019re thinking you didn\u2019t know drag queens were the target audience for The Little Mermaid \u2014 they\u2019re not.<\/p>\n

That would be our kids. Drag queens are just a vehicle.\u00a0<\/p>\n

To be clear, drag queens apparently are good, it\u2019s the thin princesses that are the problem. No, that is not a typo.<\/p>\n

DISNEY IS ON A \u2018WOKE PATH TO RUIN.’ EVEN \u2018SNOW WHITE\u2019 ACTRESS HATES HER OWN STORY<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n

There\u2019s a\u00a0new study from the University of California<\/a> that says thin Disney princesses are damaging to girls\u2019 self esteem because woke liberals, aided and abetted by stupid smart people, won\u2019t stop until they\u2019ve ruined absolutely everything.<\/p>\n

Someone must have thought up a new box to add to the DEI form.\u00a0<\/p>\n

I\u2019d love to know who the parents are who these elitists polled. I suspect it was their colleagues down the hall.\u00a0<\/p>\n

If we want to have a discussion about teen girls and body image, let\u2019s talk about the virtual plastic surgery via airbrush-perfecting filters\u00a0on nearly every social media platform. That\u2019s a legitimate conversation worthy of unpacking.<\/p>\n

As a mom of teen girls, I can tell you no girl I know is insta-filtering, hoping for a booty like Ariel or cheekbones like Snow White.<\/p>\n

Webster defines “fairytale” as: “a story in which improbable events lead to a happy ending.”<\/p>\n

As kids grow up their brains develop and they begin to separate out “improbable events.” About the time our daughters hang up their princess costumes for the last time they understand the improbability of magic carpets flying, mermaids existing and growing legs or a prince kissing you back from the dead.<\/p>\n

And it won\u2019t be too long before she\u2019ll figure out that if you lose your slipper at midnight \u2014 you\u2019re drunk.<\/p>\n

The only thing left to imagine from the most magical place on Earth is the next way they\u2019ll dream up to confuse our kids and kill their imaginations.<\/p>\n

When Disney fires a blowtorch through its fairytales it\u2019s for the sole purpose of planting subtle \u2014 and not-so-subtle \u2014 messages in the minds of our kids, whose brains aren\u2019t fully developed.\u00a0<\/p>\n

The result: Disney is losing<\/a>. To date\u00a0they\u2019ve lost $900 million and counting at the box office and\u00a0seen attendance<\/a> at their theme parks plummet this year. Still they persist because if they can gain control of our kids they\u2019ve won \u2014 even if they lose.\u00a0<\/p>\n

And that\u2019s the point. Bibbidi-Bobbidi-Boo the magic of Disney is through.\u00a0<\/p>\n
