The company had on Monday announced that it had reached a definitive agreement to proceed with the acquisition of CarePoint Partners Holdings LLC and its subsidiaries in a cash deal of $223 million.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The acquisition of CarePoint Partners, the leading national provider of home and alternate site infusion therapy for patients with complex, acute and chronic illnesses would enable BioScrip Inc.
