The shares of the company had been trading with an intraday high price of $1.49 per share and an intraday low price of $1.16 per share.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><b>First quarter financial results<\/b><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">SGOCO Group Ltd. (NASDAQ:SGOC), with primary focus on flat panel display products, had released its financial results for first quarter after the market closed on Monday. As per the unaudited operating results for the first three months ending March 31, 2013 the company had achieved top line increase of 58 percent and bottom line increase of 87.5 percent in its revenues and profits, compared to the same quarter of previous year.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">SGOCO Group Ltd. (NASDAQ:SGOC) had posted revenues of $54.5 million for this quarter of 2013, compares to the revenues of $34.5 million for the same quarter of 2012. Further the net income of the company had also increased from $0.9 million to $1.7 million for this year. Such solid growth in the revenues and profits of the flat panel display products manufacturer had been owed to the greater scalability of the light asset business model adopted by the company coupled with growth in sales.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The overall gross profit margin for the company was measured to be 6.9 percent for this quarter of 2013, compared to the 7.8 percent for the same quarter of previous year. The shares of SGOCO Group Ltd.
