The company also appointed Brent Crouch as the Chief Financial Officer, Treasurer, and Director of the company. Before this position Mr. Crouch founded an accounting firm which was co-owned, the firm catered to consulting, auditing and accounting services for private corporations and reporting and non-reporting companies.
